What Are Your Customer Service Hours?
Our customer service hours are 8am- 5pm CST Monday- Friday.
We strive to answer and respond to all question/ concerns within 48 hours.
Is bracelets fit one size only?
No. We make bracelets based off the owners wrist which is a 7 1/2 inches. For the perfect fit you will have to measure your wrist.
How do I know if my order has been placed ?
You will receive an order confirmation to your email address along with a receipt. Please make sure you entered the correct email address.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on the item that is ordered.
T Belle uses USPS ,2-5 days shipping.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, only if T Belle Creations is at fault. Otherwise no.
